Manish Melwani is a Singaporean writer of science fiction, fantasy and horror. He attended the Clarion Writers’ Workshop in 2014, and currently lives in New York City. His story “The Tigers of Bengal” can be read in Lontar: The Journal of Southeast Asian Speculative Fiction. That tale, and “The Water Kings”, which appears in Shadows and Tall Trees Vol. 7, are part of a forthcoming collection of Singapore ghost stories.
He is currently at work on a space opera novella set 15,000 years in the future. It's about an interstellar corporate house raiding the monster-infested tomb of a dead tyrant on a decaying planet.
